Costa Coffee is committed to driving positive change, from crafting the finest coffee to its focus on sustainability. What started as a small roastery on Fenchurch Street in 1971 has now expanded to nearly three thousand stores across the UK alone. You’ll find Costa in airports, on the high street, in hospitals, or wherever there’s a need for a great cup of coffee—which, arguably, is everywhere!
This particular Costa Coffee store, located in a leading hospital, required an update to meet Costa’s new ‘Store of the Future’ design standards.

The Result
By updating the hospital store to Costa’s ‘Store of the Future’ design standards, we enhanced the layout, comfort, and efficiency, creating a welcoming and relaxing space within a healthcare setting. The new design provides a much-needed area for patients, visitors, and staff to pause and recharge.
