• 5-Axis CNC Machine: Our large bed (3.6m x 1.6m) CNC machine offers incredible speed, precision and minimal wastage. 
• Automated Edge Banding: This technology allows for a greater choice of durable edging options and guarantees a perfect finish every time. 
• Traditional Woodworking Shop: We can offer you the full range of materials, from classic hardwoods to modern sheet materials like MDF.
• Dedicated Spray Shop: Our spray shop enables us to achieve flawless finishes using a variety of paints and lacquers, including acrylic (AC) and polyurethane (PU) coatings.
• Solid Surface Fabrication: We are approved manufacturers for leading solid surface brands like Corian, HIMACS, Staron, Meganite, and Krion.

02 Specification & procurement

Next, we take the architect’s drawings and create manufacturing drawings using specialist 2D and 3D CAD software. Our trusted suppliers give us lead times well in advance, so you know how things will fit into your timeline. 

03 Expert Manufacturing

Our in-house team of specialists can work with any material specifications, and our detailed manufacturing drawings bring your vision to life exactly as imagined. Using the latest joinery techniques and a skilled team, we deliver high-quality products quickly and to the highest standards.
